Please review the following possible reasons:Please call our toll-free number if you continue having difficulties. We will be happy to help.
- Your order may not be shipped yet. If you've just placed your order, please allow 2 business days for the Hostel Shoppe to process your order and ship it out. Please call our toll-free number if you have further questions.
- Your order was not shipped via FedEx. The majority of our packages are shipped through FedEx. However, there are certain items that require truck shipping or US Mail to ship (typically either very large or very small items). These items will not appear in our shipping database.
- Your Order Number was mis-typed. If you placed a phone order, the salesperson should have given you an Order Number after taking your order. If you placed an order online, your order number is the Order ID from the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Order numbers must be entered exactly as they appear. - FedEx may not have your shipment information yet. There is a slight delay from the time that we process our shipments for the day to the time that FedEx shows that shipping information on their site. Please try back a little bit later.
